1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
The item is not a final sale, clearance item (these are non-returnable).

We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For change-of-mind or size-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping fees and any applicable handling charges are non-refundable.

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. Therefore, we allow cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
To cancel your order, please send us an email at ikan-ikantrading@outlook.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel.
Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours from the time of order placement.
If the order has already been processed or shipped before the cancellation request is received, the order will be treated as fulfilled, and our Return Policy will apply instead.
